Took away profit sharing. Offered bonuses but made it impossible to Obtain the numbers for a bonus unless you were a favorite. Stopped trying cases and used that as an excuse not to promote (“but you didn’t try any cases this year!”) management are all extremely unhappy and have to work on their own files due to layoffs
