They increased my salary when the company was doing well with bonuses and commissions as well after one year of work. They were fair to me when I made mistakes and overlooked them. They had flexibility in the work schedule when you had training outside of the workplace. They paid for some of the courses out there so that you can increase knowledge about sales.

Very kind and nice president/owner/founder; he makes you feel very confortable.
Small Company where everyone is nice and friendly, from the sales reps, to the sales managers to the people in the warehour.

The company does not reward employees who overachieves (no salary raise, non competitive pay). But they will let you go if you underperform (understandable, since 80% of the company consists of the sales force)
