This place is completely unorganized and very unprofessional. They will keep and advance people that don’t do their work nor know how to do it. The communication is horrible on shifts and between shifts. Supervisors and above all think they have the answers but nobody listens to each other or the people actually doing the work telling them what is wrong, so lots of problems get over looked and swept under the rug. If there is a problem and nobody will take care of it and you go about it yourself and it’s seen by management the supervisor doesn’t get in trouble you do. If you are a good worker, you get used and have to pick up the slack of the people that don’t do their job instead of writing them up. It’s very hard to get answers about anything because nobody seems to listen in all the meetings that they supposedly have so it could take over a week to get an answer if you get one at all. They will tell you they will find out and then ignore you. Things change about the jobs at the drop of a hat in there yet not everyone is told and then you are confronted in front of everyone for not doing your job right. Basically there is nothing good about this company.

Leadership is very of of touch , no real sense of direction comes from this Company, Training is mainly about motivated you to exhaust yourself to calling any and everyone in the country who " Look to have freight coming in". No real learning as far how to get a solid footing into the business. Best thing they thought they was teaching was how to follow trends when looking for freights but any salesperson does that with whatever field they are in so I learned nothing but how to seek out a company who is actually going to put you in a position to succeed so you can be a positive stamp on the company.
