GEODIS in itself, is an excellent company to work for the pay is ok but could be improved upon. Some employees are absolutely great to work with. Some of the supervisors are great. You can easily move up promotion wise under certain conditions.

The favoritism is out of control, some people will be yelled at or even fired while others even some with 23 or more points will just be covered for. Rumors are horrible, it’s basically like being in high school again! Harassment is just on a whole other level, and you can’t go to HR for help because there part of the problem, a person can only take so much before you drive them to a end point.. a certain group will go in and tell HR something they assumed or twisted around and HR will just take them at there word, so your just left on your own with no help no way to do anything for your self. There are way too many supervisors, and very little of them even have a clue what they’re doing, for example and this is a real situation. I had a question related to the work I was doing and I had to go through 4 different supervisors just to get the same answer which was I don’t know. In the end I had just figure it out on my own which just ended up hurting my performance time.

Leadership is very of of touch , no real sense of direction comes from this Company, Training is mainly about motivated you to exhaust yourself to calling any and everyone in the country who " Look to have freight coming in". No real learning as far how to get a solid footing into the business. Best thing they thought they was teaching was how to follow trends when looking for freights but any salesperson does that with whatever field they are in so I learned nothing but how to seek out a company who is actually going to put you in a position to succeed so you can be a positive stamp on the company.
