If you work hard and provide good work, expect to be treated well. While you do not always get positive feedback for good work, it is clear that you are appreciated when you need to ask for some flexibility (making up hours/missing work for weather/etc.). It is quiet, solitary work. There are two 10 minute breaks in addition to lunch when employees go on a walk. People are nice if you make the effort to see them, but it's easy to go the whole day without seeing anyone if you want. If you want a job where you are given responsibility to manage your own time, steady work that doesn't require an incredible amount of brainpower, and managers that mainly leave you alone, then this is it for you.

Poor benefits, no bonuses, no raises. The holiday pizza is bad, and management can be intimidating to approach.
