Won’t pay you for the new skills you learn. They expect you to take on more work without giving you more pay or title change. They brand merit increases (3%-7%) as promotions. Bonuses are discretionary, allowing middle management to keep as much as they want. Middle management is shady and not up front and more concerned with corporate politics than producing great work. When I worked there I was a getting paid as P2 employee fulfilling the duties of a P4 employee.
