      Their career track program is a sham. Promotions rarely happen unless key people quit or retire. You might be okay working here if you start at your beginning of your career. Tenure, not resume, is paramount for advancement.

      Transition after recent merger has been bumpy. Work is inconsistent. There is a clear hierarchy between the production staff and the leadership. Not a lot of communication.
