      Trying to growth for growth's sake. Think they are doing is smartly, but feels like they are making big aquisitions, instead of focusing on groups already inplace.

      Transition after recent merger has been bumpy. Work is inconsistent. There is a clear hierarchy between the production staff and the leadership. Not a lot of communication.
