George, the owner, simply enjoys hearing himself talk, you get hammered with e-mails that try to demoralize you, you are tasked non-stop to fill out the same weekly reports that are useless, there is NO base salary, they try to do anything possible to not pay you, there are no leads given to reps to establish a territory, people are unresponsive to requests, it takes 4-6 times to have someone reply to you internally, they make you jump through 6,000 hoops just to get an order completed, NO CRM SYSTEM, they want all your business contacts yet won't help you with, as stated, new business leads. They are not a top-tier VAR with many companies such as Dell and many others. I got shot down multiple times from customers where even our best price was 12-14% MORE than from CDW and SHI. Go work for them, don't work for GHA. I think George is connected to Madoff!

We are sorry the sales job at GHA did not work out for you. GHA invested tens of thousands of dollars to try to help you to establish accounts. Please don't blame us if clients didn't want to work with you.

Let's start with the ABC's. Aways. Be. Closing. This is an eat-what-you-kill, straight commission sales gig. If you want a place where your efforts equal your paycheck welcome home. If you are self motivated and can figure it out as you go kind of guy or gal, you found it. There is no handholding. There are no mandatory meetings about meetings. No one is here to congratulate you after bringing in 20 net new accounts except yourself and your family. This is for real hunters. If you can sell, and maintain self discipline and motivation this is the job for you. This place is built for true salespeople, self-starters, closers, and the kind of person who would rather bet on themselves than wait for someone to hand them an opportunity. In short: not daycare, not summer camp, not for the timid. It’s a shark tank. Bring a harpoon.

If you want hand-holding, group hugs, and a manager checking on your feelings every 15 minutes, this is probably not for you. The downside is also simple: if you don’t make it at GHA, there’s really nobody to blame but yourself. So if you are a whiney, lazy POS this is not for you. Go find a safe place snowflake.

The team was helpful during our training. Once we passed that point, it was every man for themselves. They need to have a book of business ready so that we can generate Income.
