Plenty of hours, union, benefits other than health insurance is good.

Poor communication from management. Lack of teamwork and communication between department heads. Little to no concern for employee well being. You are a body, you do a job. Work ethic etc does not matter and poor performance by others is not delt with. Lack of comprehensive training is a huge downside as well.
