      I absolutely love the people I work with, both within my team and throughout the organization as a whole. There are so many divisions within the one company which provides the opportunity for anyone to be able to move up in their career path. The majority of employees have worked here for many years. I myself have been here nearly 7 years and I still feel like I am a "newbie" in terms of years. The knowledge that resides in these walls is tremendous. You can learn something new every day. Both Dr Udoff and Dr Stern are amazing to work with. You feel like family here.

      Because so many people have worked here for so long, it can be intimidating to come in with new ideas, but as soon as you present your ideas, you quickly realize there is nothing to worry about.

      I have worked with GIVF for almost 20 years now and it has been an amazingly rewarding experience. Not only is it an amazing feeling to be able to help so many families achieve their dream of having a family, but the environment working here is also like having a second family. This is a workplace where the vast majority of people stay long term, but no matter whether you are someone who has worked here for years and years or come and gone or left and come back (because many do!), my experience here has been of being surrounded by people who care about the work we do, care about each other and you feel love and support in both your professional and personal lives. I definitely feel appreciated in the work that I do. I'm very grateful for all the years I have spent here and hope to stay here for many, many more to come.
