      The people are passionate about making a difference in education and wonderful to work with. The directors ask for feedback regularly. The benefits package is generally good. Leadership trust employees to do their jobs. Flexibility and work life balance generally respected. Nice offices in London with free parking and access to park, rail and tube (within 10 mins walk)
