And the mission-driven aspect of the work makes it meaningful, knowing what we build actually helps government agencies and the public.

One area GL Solutions could continue improving is workload balance and ensuring expectations are sustainable as the company grows. There’s also an opportunity to strengthen documentation and knowledge sharing, which would help people work more efficiently. Additionally, continuing to refine career paths and reducing operational inefficiencies could make it easier for employees to see long-term growth and focus on high-impact work.
