GMDH Streamline review - Recensione dipendente - Partner Success Manager presso GMDH

I am with Streamline for 1,5 now and I feel very lucky to have found this company. The culture within the company promotes growth, development of me as a specialist, there is NO micro management and there IS an opportunity to share ideas on how to make our product and overall processes better. Management is very supportive and it makes coming to work exiting as you know that the environment is very supportive. We are a big team that works towards the same goal, so I haven't seen any situation when somebody points fingers at somebody else if there is an issue. We just get together and decide how we can resolve it.

I would say there was a minor con when I started working that we didn't have some processes polished yet. After a 1,5 years of working in the company I can say that we have greatly improved here and I see how it's getting better and better.

Friendly atmosphere, challenging tasks, and supportive management.

I haven't noticed any cons by now:)
