The company offers an excellent work environment. The people are genuinely nice and always willing to help each other. HR is very present, consistently creating activities to encourage employee integration and regularly checking in to see how everyone is doing. They are also open to feedback and continually seek ways to improve as a company. Another big plus is the flexibility with school schedules—if you communicate changes in advance, they are very supportive and willing to accommodate.

Phones are not allowed while working, and the policy is enforced very strictly. While this helps ensure productivity, it can sometimes feel like it undermines the trust placed in employees. Another strict rule is that interaction with coworkers outside of designated break times is not allowed; if you do, you may get called out. I understand the reasoning, but it could be handled more privately and professionally rather than being made public.
