the company fails at management... what you see is not what happens. there is HR department that means nothing because someone else handles it. There are love stories going on in the office. the professional environment is not professional. Nothing for employees. No fix lunch timings nor cafeteria (which can be ignored but not when you have a kitchen inside for seniors). The biggest of all--- I know it is okay to work extra hours when you get an appreciation for it. Everyone works for it. But what if even your official office timings are more than maximum labor hours set by the government? And over that the company asking for more to work without any incentive or something (no one wants incentive but it becomes important on 10+ hours a day, 6 days a week work).

I had joined this company 2 years back as UI/UX intern and today I’m working as Sr. UI/UX Designer. Till yet, I observed the company in many ways like first of all, management works with the team like big brothers. We can directly communicate with them without any second thought even they didn’t mind the same. They eat with us / play with us / and work with us on strict deadline projects. Well, during my marriage days, I had taken 15 days' leaves for the shopping, arrangements, and celebrations. They didn’t deny for the more days as well and also taken every salary hike on the time as per the expectation level. After marriage, I got late while reaching the office due to late breakfast and meals, but genuinely guys - HR didn’t ask me the same till yet. I like the people, culture, infra, and the decorum of the company. I’ll recommend this top mobile app development company in Mohali to everyone.

Well, they need to be more strict because - sometimes people need to be handled better.
