- Managers appear too metric focused - Individually close 15 tickets a day, but only 30~ would come in daily... In a team of 5. - No feedback provided when requested, I was constantly told "When you do good, you will get feedback"?! - Misleading interview process. I was asked about my technical abilities (Powershell, Scripting, Azure, Change Management, etc), however the day-to-day job is more Level 1 Service Desk Tech. - Advertised flexible working, such as "WFH if you have a Dr's appointment", but when it comes to it, you are told "I would prefer you use a sick day!".
