Vantaggi
I've been in sales for over 20 years. This company from the top down cares for its employees. Yes they care about sales and about money, but we are all about "reasonable and responsible growth". The leadership does a better job of listening to the employees that I've ever seen with any other company, with bi-weekly anonymous surveys to check the pulse of the company to see if people feel valued, listened to, and if they feel like they are in the right place. The work is hard, but the culture is FANTASTIC! Leadership conveys an attitude of teamwork and this is felt throughout the company. We have permission and freedom to fail - something that is important as we continue to grow. If you are looking for comfort and cruise control, keep going. This company is growing rapidly, we protect our culture, and there is a "team first" mentality. All roles and all positions are equally important.
Svantaggi
In its 6th year, it still feels like a bit of a startup. We are growing rapidly so we are making changes rapidly. Each person here will wear a hat that isn't bragged about on their resumé. You will be stretched to grow in areas that will help the team, but you have to be willing to try. We are based in Greensboro, NC, but leadership and several roles are outside of the state, so zoom calls are our "conference rooms". Sometimes this can feel a bit disconnected. Because of the age of this company, there wasn't a handbook with what was expected of me when I started, so I just had to jump in and start swimming. Honestly, all of the cons I think of have to do with what I'd think would be common with most, if not all startups.
