Vantaggi

Challenging and rewarding to those who are able to stick with it; you will end up with a HUGE number of contacts in architecture and design, which can lead to decent consulting work (if you have the time) or a future job (if you leave Graphisoft); the product is exceptional and consistently improves...while complex, it is easy to show the benefits and make jaws drop; Graphisoft NA has made great strides in recent years to improve its corporate support infrastructure and marketing efforts; resellers are a tight-knit group who at times generously share resources with each other.

Svantaggi

Not enough resources available for a new reseller to launch into an area with the proper marketing and training tools in place (resellers often have to reinvent the wheel or pool resources); middle management seems more concerned about communicating sales goals (numbers) than in assisting with the strategic development of an area; ambivalent attitude toward protecting the territory that a reseller pours their time, energy, and resources into; reseller concerns often seem to fall on deaf ears.
