Laid-back environment overshadowed by favoritism and lack of transparency - Recensione dipendente - Client Service Representative presso GRT Financial

A LOT of in office favoritism. Very clique-ish. Especially with the Supervisors & team lead. Upper management is useless & they do NOT listen to the people that actually do the work every day. No one can seem to be transparent about ANYTHING! I was never looking for insider information, just honesty. Once I stepped down from team lead, everything went left. There is also a lot of drinking during work hours. It’s not subtle either. I’m sure all of upper management has smelled it coming out of someone’s blue cup but has said nothing.
