Remote work, supportive supervisor and co workers, great insurance, fun incentive spiffs often, company provided computer and monitors.

Not the best pay to start but benefits are really good, monthly bonuses are reachable, they promote from within often, and it's good experience.

A chilled, laid back environment to work in.

A LOT of in office favoritism. Very clique-ish. Especially with the Supervisors & team lead. Upper management is useless & they do NOT listen to the people that actually do the work every day. No one can seem to be transparent about ANYTHING! I was never looking for insider information, just honesty. Once I stepped down from team lead, everything went left. There is also a lot of drinking during work hours. It’s not subtle either. I’m sure all of upper management has smelled it coming out of someone’s blue cup but has said nothing.
