Overworked and not paid enough

My coworker's are nice. Free catered Korean food but you must sign up for a cleaning schedule to take out the trashes and wipe down the tables.

Management favors family members and hires only other Korean employees. Checks are late so good luck paying your bills. No direct deposit so it costs you money to have a bank account. Sexist dress code that targets females. HR actually said it's because of cat calling problems. Instead of giving sexual harassment training they tell you to cover up. No sleeveless tops!!!! No communication even though we have long and pointless meetings where people shout and cry all the time. You are responsible for cleaning, taking out trash, wiping down tables, etc. Even salary office employees must do this. Trash is so disgusting and full all the time. Company is too cheap to hire a cleaning crew. Crappy parking where you are boxed in and have to wait for the person parked behind you to leave first. No benefits for an entire year. No paid days off or sick time. Vacation time is always denied.
