GSI has a great culture overall. There are tremendous opportunities to learn new things, in a variety of different arenas. I have received great mentorship, both from my supervisors and from my peers. I enjoy my coworkers and am always looking forward to seeing people in our office. We have a bright, brand new office that is conducive to both working and fostering colleague relationships. I have noticed lots of room for upward mobility in my short tenure at the company, and see a great future for myself.

Everyone is down to earth, they are a community and welcome your ideas. The benefits and compensation packet is unbelievable! They have such great benefits and they are super understanding if you have anything going on outside of work. I highly recommend working here if you get the chance to. The Human Resources Manager is one of the best bosses I have ever had. She is so knowledgeable and willing to mentor you. The operations manager is very kind and is so engaged to hear whatever idea you may have. Basically, they are a great company to work for.

The only con is that it is downtown and the commute can be a little long but they offer a certain amount per month to helo cover.
