You will make money they do not babysit you if you are soft and feelings get hurt not for you. They tell you how it is with NO BS awesome company you will not be dissatisfied

There are absolutely no CONS

They will hire anyone because they can not keep any drivers.

Their orientation is just sitting around and maybe a few people talk. There is no real training to speak of. They just bunk you with a driver with more experience than you and call them a trainer. The trainers are the only ones making a little money because they get paid for the miles you drive. The management is not even there. Guys quit all the time and just walk off from loads. It is sad they can call themselves a company. It is unsafe how they have all their trucks needing repairs and are even up for repossession. This company tries to get every penny you earn. Don't matter if you are stranded or if your load gets delayed. You got to take care of yourself because this company wont. I am looking to go somewhere else as soon as possible. Good luck.
