Good luck. •No flexibility with scheduling whatsoever •If you have been here longer than other techs it doesn't matter if the manager likes you, you will take precedence over the more experienced technicians •It's all about Numbers, as far as overall employee well being it does not matter. And in past experience, Happy employees equals a great return. •If you don't make good numbers, everyone will know because you will be discuss with the favorites. •Low moral
