It's incredibly rewarding because of my team mates and friends. Everyone works so hard and helps each other other when you need it the most.

It's a tough time in real estate. Over supply causing occupancy to drop, hiring good people to keep up with day to day operations make the job tough at times. But overall it's a very rewarding career and place to work.
