Long UNPAID training period. I was shadowed and evaluated by someone who holds the same title and role as the one I was training for consequently she saw me as a competitor. This structure led to conflicting expectations, inconsistencies in feedback, and a sense if bias that impacted the fairness of my evaluations. They provide you guidelines to abide by when validating the report and when the feedback comes you get struck by points that weren’t outlined in the guidelines from the very beginning and uses them against you as major error and eventually making you fail on purpose. They make use of you in the training period as long as possible then end the collaboration after unpaid work and inconsistent guidance.

I think it’s proper for those who already have a job and would like to explore new places, because it’s fun to have the experience in your free time.

You can’t always get your money so if you’re concerned about getting back your money, don’t go to expensive places.
