Good Colleagues. Lots of Overtime possible. Growth within the warehouse from pickers to loading pallets / cages into the containers using llop if you meet the deadline daily.

Svantaggi

Demanding work schedule to fulfil incoming order in cages or pallets. Management constantly pushing to achieve a pick target of 1500 and above. One's Future will remain with the warehouse as a picker.

The logistics industry is fast paced and client led but we recognise that there needs to be a work life balance and a focus on wellbeing. Leadership and management style can create unnecessary stress and turnover risk. Frequent micromanagement and excessive focus on responsiveness rather than outcomes. High meeting volume reduces time available for focused engineering work. Priorities and stakeholder commitments are sometimes established before consulting the engineers responsible for delivery. Limited trust in experienced employees and their ability to manage their own work. Internal growth and mobility can feel restricted. Work-life balance can be impacted by shifting priorities and urgent requests. Lack of recognition or compensation alignment when additional onsite expectations or workload demands are introduced. Having a non-technical BI manager overseeing technical engineering work can sometimes result in unrealistic timelines, misunderstandings of development complexity, and decisions being made without sufficient technical input.
