      not enough pay, employees can barely afford the newest properties at just 20% off, continuing to add fees and increase rents for residents makes it seem like a nickle and dime practice

      One area for improvement would be clearer visibility into long-term career growth paths. While there are strong leaders and great opportunities to learn, a more defined roadmap for advancement would be helpful for those looking to take the next step in their careers.
