The advisory team is full of humble people at the top of their game with immense experience. The team also is sure to get perspectives from women and people of color, ensuring that everyone has a meaningful seat at the table. The high level of respect that I felt at Gain Life set a strong foundation for what I've look for in companies in my career since.
