Upper management has no clue what they are doing. The Director over this paper and Ocala treats the staff as if they are trash. If she doesn't like you no matter how well you are performing you can count on being fired. They keep raising the rates to make up revenue then more people cancel because they can't afford it anymore. New owners don't care either. Cut commissions and no raises for anyone. A lot of staff has left for greener pastures. Soon they will be left with new people with no experience.
