Employees are empowered, are given intersting responsibilities and challenges, decision making is reached by consensus, new upper management is really taking the lead efficiently to renew and expand the company, and communicates on a regular base with employees, and the message feels authentic and balanced (no bullshit, I like the communication style)

None for me, but people who need a highly organised environment might not feel at ease: if you currently plan to join the company you need to have a "start-up mentality". It might change in one year time.
