Svantaggi
1. Communication Style Among Editors Some editors could benefit from more awareness of how their communication is perceived, as interactions can occasionally come across as overly direct, dismissive, or lacking in professionalism. 2. Leadership Communication and Engagement Communication from the Editor-in-Chief can be inconsistent at times, with delayed responses and limited visibility in day-to-day operations, which can create uncertainty for contributors. I also can't help but feel that the site would find greater success if its leader was more involved. 3. Workload and Role Expectations In my experience, I have been asked to take on additional managerial and administrative responsibilities without corresponding compensation or a clearly defined timeline for how long those expectations would remain in place. This has made it difficult to maintain a sustainable workload, and I'm not sure how much longer I can sustain it before I leave. 4. Workplace Culture and Internal Dynamics The work environment can feel highly competitive, with internal dynamics and politics occasionally impacting collaboration. At times, this can create tension among both leadership and contributors, making it more challenging to maintain a unified team atmosphere.
