There are no pros. It's all a scam at first. Looks better than it seems from the outside.

Management will let you go with no warning and make up excuses for why you aren't working. No goals set. Commission is only one percent. No help from manager who has only been with company for a year and a half. Training and guidance is a joke. Corporate is in the same building but gives no help or answers. Terrible company and turnover. Keep looking for a job don't fall for this cheap company who doesn't care about its employees.

Good benefits, base plus commission so if you want more money you sell more. You get what you put in. Flexible schedule. Family type environment. Tools provided to provide great service, samples, no charge credit for us to allocate as needed to assist our customers.

I really don’t have any cons, after having my own businesses I think the ecxpectations are attainable.

Thorough training and onboarding, nice manager

Super low pay for job itself, commissions are low & and only are dispersed when product ships (which could be months), not autonomous, micromanaged, dress code of not wearing nice jeans didn’t make sense (meeting with retail stores not doctors), hand had to pay for iPad monthly insurance fee. I’ve had sales positions in the past and never had to pay any fees on equipment.
