Great customers and coworkers. Decent products to sell. Selling to small mom and pop stores that are doing all the can to stay afloat. Small ticket items require a large sale to make any commissions

Svantaggi

Poor pay. To really make money it takes quite sometime to get build customer base. Low pay, no company car and own money used for gas is why there is high turnover

Good benefits, base plus commission so if you want more money you sell more. You get what you put in. Flexible schedule. Family type environment. Tools provided to provide great service, samples, no charge credit for us to allocate as needed to assist our customers.

I really don’t have any cons, after having my own businesses I think the ecxpectations are attainable.

Thorough training and onboarding, nice manager

Super low pay for job itself, commissions are low & and only are dispersed when product ships (which could be months), not autonomous, micromanaged, dress code of not wearing nice jeans didn’t make sense (meeting with retail stores not doctors), hand had to pay for iPad monthly insurance fee. I’ve had sales positions in the past and never had to pay any fees on equipment.
