It's difficult to hear your customers say: I'm so glad he's (Sales Manager) not with you. A Territory sales rep can present their products to their customer--not just smooze & sell them; you can be persuasive and persistent, without being pushy and forceful.

I really don’t have any cons, after having my own businesses I think the ecxpectations are attainable.

Thorough training and onboarding, nice manager

Super low pay for job itself, commissions are low & and only are dispersed when product ships (which could be months), not autonomous, micromanaged, dress code of not wearing nice jeans didn’t make sense (meeting with retail stores not doctors), hand had to pay for iPad monthly insurance fee. I’ve had sales positions in the past and never had to pay any fees on equipment.
