Weekends off, paid holidays, commission

Lots of micro management. After the merge, lots of new products, almost an overload, and they expect way too much from you. The commission isn't good unless you're an AMAZING sales rep. Territories aren't fair. Management doesn't encourage or help, just talks down to you and praises the favorites. Honestly the products aren't as great as they make them out to be, the industry is dying.

Good benefits, base plus commission so if you want more money you sell more. You get what you put in. Flexible schedule. Family type environment. Tools provided to provide great service, samples, no charge credit for us to allocate as needed to assist our customers.

I really don’t have any cons, after having my own businesses I think the ecxpectations are attainable.

Thorough training and onboarding, nice manager

Super low pay for job itself, commissions are low & and only are dispersed when product ships (which could be months), not autonomous, micromanaged, dress code of not wearing nice jeans didn’t make sense (meeting with retail stores not doctors), hand had to pay for iPad monthly insurance fee. I’ve had sales positions in the past and never had to pay any fees on equipment.
