By the time you start the job with expectations of opening new accounts, car expenses, wear and tear on your vehicle ... you are upside down in commissions and end up owing the company money. This company has very high turnover. Run as fast as you can!

Thorough training and onboarding, nice manager

Super low pay for job itself, commissions are low & and only are dispersed when product ships (which could be months), not autonomous, micromanaged, dress code of not wearing nice jeans didn’t make sense (meeting with retail stores not doctors), hand had to pay for iPad monthly insurance fee. I’ve had sales positions in the past and never had to pay any fees on equipment.
