Very knowledgeable managers and dynamic team to work with. They make sure interns learn a lot and helped with career development. The culture is hard working and people are very helpful.

Not much bad things to say. No complaints on other team members or management. Very good work-life balance.

Fair pay for the area and industry. Plenty of hours for work typically available.

VERY high employee turnover rate. Supervisors spread too thin between the different departments and shifts negatively impacting operational efficiency. Leading managers and directors seemed inexperienced in overseeing non-automated production issues. Customer service and office personnel did not demonstrate strong working knowledge in production causing numerous problems in scheduling and production that had to be dealt with in manufacturing on a DAILY basis. Numerous concerns over how human resources/personnel issues were handled. Work schedule fluctuated frequently making work-life balance efforts difficult and stressful for employees.
