A rapidly growing company with a very fast paced work environment. Never a dull moment! Sky is the limit in terms of career opportunity. Great company culture that encourages "all in" attitude. Direct access to management and the CEO/COO. Ability to express ideas and directly affect change.

As a small team, there is limited bandwidth. High demand to get the job done.

Decent salary, some of the people that work there are really great and want to push the company in the right direction.

Management is suffocating, everything is personal and not about the actual work that is completed. Some of the employees are incredibly backstabbing and it's hard to tell who you can actually trust. You will sit in four hour meetings with the owner who will just brag about his money and not talk about the job you are actually trying to get done, then he will get mad at you when you couldn't read his mind. Even if you get your work done, if you aren't there past 5 and like to take a lunch break you pretty much aren't doing your job in the eyes of the CEO.
