The day-to-day work environment is very welcoming. The company is much like a family with traditional core values and a very progressive outlook on technology and new ideas. New ideas are encouraged and values, which I believe is what makes this company the most progressive in the market and the most successful local (non-franchised) real estate company. In addition, we always make time to give back to our communities- especially the efforts to end homelessness with The New Orleans Mission.

There is no shortage of good ideas on how to better support of Realtors, so picking the ones to move forward with can be a challenge. Lots of initiatives and not enough time.
