Hundreds of old employees with no posting - no clear KPIs - tons of old timers who haven't kept up with the current trends and required skills and untrainable. They are happy to just float around, gossips and do nothing - salary is not the best, but decent - health benefit is dismal; you have to use company-owned provider first before you go to your regular doctor or hospitals - a lot of politicking. Watch who you hang out with because he/she can be your ticket to heaven or hell
