Family run business good product

Horrible sales team. Very passive aggressive and patronising. The worst job I’ve ever had in my life and I was only there 3 weeks (thank god). The role as an account manager turned out to be an operational role no contact with customers just constantly checking orders in the ware house. Very unfriendly group of women who have their own clock going on. Can’t raise an issue as the sales manager is the owner’s daughter. Avoid at all costs.

Gate 7 has a very positive working environment with a great team. There are many opportunities to grow professionally and learn new skills. With two factories in the US and a growing business in the UK there are endless career opportunities to make your way up through the company. The team is constantly looking at ways to improve and become more efficient so there is always something new to get involved with and play a big part in a growing business.

Gate 7 works hard to meet deadlines so efficiency and performance are an integral part of the day to day running. I don't necessarily think this is a negative point as every day is different!
