The culture at this company is one of complete chaos. It seems that no one is happy working their. All of the employees constantly complaint about the hours and pay. The moral is extremely low. The turn over is extremely high especially in the transportation and dish room area's. They utilize a great deal of temporary help because that place is ran like a plantation. One of the policies is supposed to be " No profanity" but all day long that is all you hear !! From the GM, Operation Manager, Supervisors, and all the staff. This is by fair the most unprofessional company I have ever worked for. The pay is completely terrible !! Long hours, holidays, and weekends with little or no compensation. You don't want to work here !!!
