Top Management does not let people to evolve and manage things on their own. Too much interreference in daily routine specifically if a Person itself working at a Management Level. They do not allow the person to perform and after sometime ask Ques on Performance. Top Management does not want to understand the issues & complexity of new Markets. They things everything can be managed like Singapore in any other Country
