      Coming from a smaller organization it was a little hard to navigate the system but I have excellent co-workers and managers who helped.

      Worked fully remote which worked for me. Great health benefits. Worked for health plan not clinical.

      Limited opportunities for growth without a college degree. Typical corporate where they cut resources and make big demands. Many long time employees which I thought was a pro at first, but realized they are stuck in old ways and don’t really want to hear a fresh new perspective or even spend time developing new people. As someone with ambition and interest in contributing, I felt stuck, limited, and bored.
