      The hours are great, Monday through Friday with one weekend every month. Awesome benefits and insurance. The job isn't hard, just very detail oriented.

      Some of the management gets very stressed and can take out their frustrations on the workers.

      Worked fully remote which worked for me. Great health benefits. Worked for health plan not clinical.

      Limited opportunities for growth without a college degree. Typical corporate where they cut resources and make big demands. Many long time employees which I thought was a pro at first, but realized they are stuck in old ways and don’t really want to hear a fresh new perspective or even spend time developing new people. As someone with ambition and interest in contributing, I felt stuck, limited, and bored.
