As the company grows, opportunities for advancement are popping up everywhere. Sales goals are taken seriously, and there’s lots of training and peer-to-peer help to get you where you need to be professionally. This is one of the most positive and forward-looking companies I’ve worked with, and I’m excited to have been a part of the team here.

      This is a terrible company to work for. I have never worked for a company with so much turnover. The upper management doesn`t have a clue how to run a company, because they don`t care about the employees. I think we are on the 5th branch manager in 2 years, and we have had so much turnover in 2024 that we lost count. The company hired a new dispatcher around September, and he was doing a great job, but they fired him the week before Christmas. I would not recommend anyone to work here. I highly recommend that you stay away from this dumpster fire.

      Thank you for expressing your concerns. Our Regional Manager for Texas is already aware of this situation and is acting on it as we speak. As far as the dispatcher is concerned, I would like to say if "he was doing a great job," then why would he have been let go? I'm concerned that this statement is not entirely true. Once again thank you for providing your feedback so we know the areas to improve on.
