THE CEO IS MANIPULATIVE, RACIST, SO FULL OF HIMSELF, UNBELIEVABLY RUDE, AND THE LIST GOES ON. If you can stay here for more than 3 months, then I will definitely be amazed because all of us left already. There was no trainings, no systematized process - I actually think the CEO was delusional? He want his employees to learn things overnight like c'mon, I bet even him can't do that LOL He presents himself as very smart but not really. I find him funny. He needs to reflect and change his ways because HE WILL NEVER BE SUCCESSFUL and this company will close down if he does not change.
