While we recognize that every employee's experience is unique, we would like to provide additional context regarding several of the points raised.
Compensation and commissions: Paying our employees accurately and on time is one of our highest priorities. We have multiple review and approval processes in place to ensure compensation is calculated correctly. If an error does occur, we investigate it promptly, correct it as quickly as possible, and ensure any necessary adjustments are made. While mistakes are rare, we take accountability for them and continually work to strengthen our processes.
Our GTM organization: We are incredibly proud of our Go-to-Market team and what they have accomplished together. The team has delivered record-breaking months and quarters while maintaining employee engagement scores of 94%, well above the industry benchmark of approximately 83% for organizations of our size. While we understand that your experience differed from that of many of your colleagues, we remain committed to fostering a high-performing and supportive environment.
Employee surveys: The surveys referenced in your review are our semi-annual employee engagement surveys, which we take very seriously. These surveys are administered through a third-party platform and are anonymous. Individual responses cannot be viewed, and results are only reported for groups that meet minimum response thresholds to protect confidentiality. We cannot see who submitted responses, who did not participate, or how any individual responded. The feedback from these surveys has helped us continuously improve and has contributed to Genea being recognized as a Top Workplace for five consecutive years.
We always welcome honest feedback and use it to improve. At the same time, we respectfully disagree with several of the assertions made in this review, as they do not reflect our policies, practices, or the experience reported by the vast majority of our employees.
